CAREER FAIR 2027
ARTICLE 1: REGISTRATION FOR THE GEM CAREER FAIR
Register by reserving your exhibition space on the GEM Career Fair event platform.
A pro forma invoice will be automatically sent to the exhibiting company once the reservation has been confirmed by the organizer.
The company's purchase order must be sent to EESC Grenoble Ecole de Management within 8 days in order for the final invoice to be issued.
The invoice will be generated after the Career Fair, starting from Friday, February 5, 2027.
Registration includes the following services:
- A fully equipped exhibition space with standard furniture, the size of which can be selected according to your needs: (6 m², 9 m², 12 m², 18 m², or 25 m²).
- A company profile page on the Career Center website.
- Access to the CV database of all registered students.
- Support from a Student Ambassador throughout the day.
- Lunch catering: €28.00 excl. VAT per person per day (served as a buffet) for 2 personns
- Welcome coffee and tea for all your participants.
Registration does not include the following services:
- Lunch catering: €28.00 excl. VAT per person per day (served as a buffet) for more than 2 personns.
- Communication package.
- Additional furniture, available by reservation only and before January 15, 2027.
- Interview scheduling service (free of charge):
- Publish your job offers on our Career Center platform.
- Collect all applications.
- Select your preferred candidates.
- Schedule one-to-one interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Conduct interviews on the event day, either at your stand or in a private interview room within GEM's premises (subject to availability).
ARTICLE 2: INVOICING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE GEM CAREER FAIR 2027 EVENT
The invoicing terms and conditions for the GEM Career Fair 2027 event are as follows:
- Payment Terms: Participation fees and any additional services must be paid in full after the event. Payments may be made by bank transfer, cheque, or any other payment method accepted by the organizer.
- Payment Schedule: A pro forma invoice will be sent to participants upon confirmation of their registration. The final invoice will be issued from Friday, February 5, 2027, and upon receipt of a purchase order, where applicable. Participants have 30 days from the date of invoice receipt to complete payment.
- Taxes and Additional Charges: All prices quoted are exclusive of taxes. Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes, including VAT. Any additional banking or financial charges incurred in connection with payment shall be borne by the participant.
By registering for the GEM Career Fair 2027, you acknowledge and accept these invoicing terms and conditions and agree to comply with them.
ARTICLE 3: EXHIBITOR-INITIATED CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Any cancellation request must be submitted to EESC Grenoble Ecole de Management - Attention: Alexandra MANTOIS, by email at Alexandra.MANTOIS@grenoble-em.com.
A confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the cancellation request will be sent.
Optional services selected by the exhibitor (additional billed furniture, additional catering services) may not be cancelled within 15 calendar days prior to the event.
Registration Cancellation Terms:
The following cancellation charges shall apply:
• More than 90 days before the GEM Career Fair: administrative charge of €150 excluding VAT.
• Between 90 and 60 days before the GEM Career Fair: 75% of the total registration amount excluding VAT (administrative charge included).
• Between 59 and 30 days before the GEM Career Fair: 90% of the total registration amount excluding VAT (administrative charge included).
• Fewer than 29 days before the event: 100% of the registration amount excluding VAT (administrative charge included).
ARTICLE 4: CANCELLATION CONDITIONS INITIATED BY GRENOBLE ECOLE DE MANAGEMENT
Should the public health conditions related to the COVID-19 pandemic require it, Grenoble Ecole de Management reserves the right to convert the GEM Career Fair, scheduled for January 27 and 28, 2027, into a fully virtual event format, which the Exhibitor expressly acknowledges and accepts. In such circumstances, the applicable fees shall be adjusted according to the virtual event rate of €1,300 excluding VAT, with no additional invoicing.
