Processing of Your Personal Data
Personal data collected through the registration forms is processed by Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM) for organizing registrations for the GEM Career Fair, which will take place on Wednesday, 29 January and Thursday, 30 January, 2025.
This data is intended for GEM and its subcontractor EVENTMAKER, for managing registrations and online payments, as well as for hosting, event management, and associated communications when applicable.
The categories of personal data include: identity, professional contact details, banking details, and usage data of the web service. More information can be found here.
The information is retained for a maximum period of five (5) years from your date of purchase or last activity for strictly legal reasons (accounting and tax obligations, etc.).
In accordance with applicable data protection regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, oppose, restrict processing, erase, and transfer your personal data. You can exercise these rights by email at dpo@grenoble-em.com or by postal mail to GRENOBLE ECOLE DE MANAGEMENT, Data Protection Officer, 12 rue Pierre Sémard, 38000 Grenoble, specifying your name, first name, address, and possibly a copy of an identity document.
If you do not receive a response from us, you can directly contact the CNIL or any other competent authority.
